  Very poor communication. The staff do NOT return phone calls. They treat renters like second class citizens. I would NOT deal with Brad Bell RE again. Go elsewhere.... I would NEVER let them manage my rental property or try to sell my home. They need to have CUSTOMER SERVICE training. If I owned this business, I would want my clients to give me honest feedback.
